Should the formula below enable users in the UK, Germany, etc., that use the dd/mm/yyyy format AND the US users with a format of mm/dd/yyyy add events to their calendar in their own time zone correctly--in effect, work no matter the date format?
If not, any idea what needs to change? Thank you.
