HI I’m new to PVA but very excited about developing my first bot.
Does anyone have documentation that could help me capture my business areas requirements to support topic and authoring journey steps. I was thinking something like an excel that I could take to the business areas.

Edit: sorry I misread. I thought you were asking for documentation on how to create topics. Now I see you are asking for documentation on capturing business requirements for topics, my bad 😅
