Using image as background to container

I'm using a responsive container and I'd like to add an image as the background to this container but can't figure out how to do it?  I've tried adding the image as the background to the screen and making the container transparent but that didn't do it...

any ideas?

    1. Open your app in PowerApps Studio.

    2. Navigate to the screen where you want to add the background image.

    3. On the Insert tab, in the Icons category, click on Media, then select Image. This will add an Image control to your screen.

    4. In the Image control's properties panel, set the Image property to the image you want to use as a background. This can be a URL, or a reference to an image that you've added to your app's media resources.

    5. Resize the Image control to cover the whole container area.

    6. Move the Image control to the back of the container by right-clicking on it and selecting Reorder -> Send to back.

    7. Add a container over the image and set its Fill property to a semi-transparent color (or clear) to allow the image to show through. For example, RGBA(255, 255, 255, 0.5) would give you a semi-transparent white overlay.
