Why am i getting MS form responses twice in the SharePoint list?

Can you tell us how the Microsoft form response will go to SharePoint list? Did you do this through a power automate flow or something else? A screenshot about the unexpected result is also welcome.
And if the response is updated by the flow, maybe you can also check your flow run history for more details about why this is happening and you can post your question in the power automate forum instead of the power apps.

Yes, i have done this through power automate flow where when a response is submitted by the client it is stored in a share point list.
