I can't find a statement in regards to the security and use of data within MS Teams and the Power Virtual Agent.
1. Are the conversations used in Microsoft Team used for training ai globally?
2. If products are talked about in Microsoft Teams with a Virtual Agent, does this enter into ai training/knowledge base globally?
The scenario is that a client is worried about sensitive conversations with the ai are recorded in someway, and used to train decision making, or expand the AIs' knowledge, thus exposing in some part the businesses IP, secrets etc..
Ok, thanks for that. So it seems that Microsoft will still use customer data for service improvement. That's a very ambiguous statement, and still possibly impacting ai outside of the customers virtual agent instantiation.
Unless there's something buried that outlines the virtual agents data use, but it must be buried or not catered for. Which isn't very transparent, and seem evasive as it was literally the first question out of a clients mouth when asking about the virtual agent data.
Hi @Matt_Laws,
I would start here:
If you're using the preview feature "Conversation Booster" in PVA (that's not meant for production usage at this stage), you should review this: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/nlu-boost-conversations#privacy
