How to use combined filter conditions and sorting in PowerApp Component Framework

Hi,

 

does anyone know how to use combined filters ((X OR Y) AND Z) in the powerapps component framework? 
In the documentation is nothing described.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/component-framework/reference/filtering

For sorting there is also no documentation...
