Hi,
I have created a topic with few trigger phrase. While testing the bot, even if my sentence contains the provided trigger phrase, topic is not getting trigger. Please help me to understand how trigger phrases work.
eg. This sentence is the input to the bot -> can a transmitter with I1 approval code be installed in zone 0?
I have the topic with trigger phrase "approval". Still topic is not getting triggered.

All trigger phrases must be have phrases instead of quick words. Also, you can see more related to the AI capabilities: AI-assisted authoring: detect topic overlaps and get topic suggestions from bot sessions | Microsoft Power Virtual Agents
E.g.
User says: can a transmitter with I1 approval code be installed in zone 0?
Trigger phrases:- how transmitters work with the approval
- how can I use approval codes within transmitters
- approval code for installed zones
- transmitter installation document

I have a similar issue on my bot. I type "réunion" (meeting in US) and the chatbot suggests me 2 topics but the word is present in other topics. is it normal? thank you!
