Is there any way to connect Microsoft flow to Team Foundatio Server ?

I am afraid currently there is no proper way to deal with that.
All the supported connectors are listed in the following link:
Supported Connectors in Microsoft Flow
There is no information about the Team Foundation Server.
For visual studio, there is only Visual Studio Team Services available, for more information about this connector, see:
Visual Studio Team Services (Preview)
You may consider rise it as an idea, under the Flow Idea forum to suggest the team to add connector for Team Foundation Server:
