Hi there,

I have this silly question and I hope someone could point me in the right direction?

I need to create an app. This app if for a huge number of users more than 5,000. I need to keep it lower in cost so I don't want to include any premium actions or connectors. I have the choice to do it using Share Point as datasource but I would like to implement a bot. So, that is why it has to be in dataverse.

Now the records won't exceed a million of rows as the dataverse limitation indicated. I expect around 2,500 records per year.

So basically my inquiry is:

Is possible to create a MS Team channel where only few people have access to view the data and make some edits / changes?

Is possible to develop a bot connected with the same datasource and where only the person can interact with the bot and get the responses or submissions required?

We don't want to see a teams notification every time a person make a request etc.
