I have PowerApps Connected to Dataverse where the end user is unable to access/view the records but only the Fields. (When I am trying the app I am app to view the Data)
Further, I have the same data in SharePoint where the end user is able to view/access the records.
Is there anything important we have to keep in mind while sharing PowerApps which is Connected to Dataverse.
Yes, you need to go into the Admin, for the Custom Tables, and give them access at the Data layer, not just the environment.
1. Go to the Admin center for the Environment
2. Make sure you have added Roles for people already or do it now
3. Roles
Open the New Role, or role you want to change
here I selected Basic User
I changed the drop down to Unassigned Only
After you do that, find the row of the table, then change the Create, Read, Write etc to what you need them to be able to do
And done
