PowerApps Premium Connector and license

I've had a read through the pricing and I am a bit confused. I've added a premium sql connector to my powerapp and I think its working. Is it one of these below license that gives access to premium connector? Can I also access premium power automate connector from the below?

    None of those provide access to premium connectors like SQL. For that you need either a Power Apps premium or per app license for each person using the app.  the premium Power App license will also let you access premium connectors in a related power Automate flow.
