i want to give a admin role to a person who install application first time from app source.
 
please not give answer for share application through

    Share the application with the person.
    Make sure they have appropriate permissions for the datasource(s).
    Else, make a list identifying a permission level, show/hide controls depending if the name of the logged in user appears in the list.
    Lastly, Use Entra (Azure) security groups.
