Yes, it is a common thing after spending time in Reddit and other forums.
Yes, the app is broken right now, after checking downdetector and reading dozens of posts.
No, Copilot Studio doesn't have a status page according to Google.
To add, this happens at random all over the app, when saving tools, or knowledge, or creating a new agent, or changing a parameter value.
I really wish Microsoft created a new app for this, instead of retrofitting PP into a generative AI app, which is not, because now we are stuck with a ton of tech debt that is blocking progress with Copilot, and it is making it super hard to sell it to customers, when we can't really make it do small things reliably.
I have a customer that has 20K licenses, and it is about to cancel them all, because it finds no value on this.
