MS Access to PowerApps - AutoNumber?

I'm an MS Access user. Right now, I only have Sharepoint (SP) lists as an option for backend. I want to keep ability to perform queries from Access and have tested and connecting SP lists works, but multi-valued fields (lookups, attachments, etc) DO NOT (cannot migrate data from list with lookup to list on new sharepoint site).  I want many-to-many relationships.

I've created list, and when viewed in MS Access, I see an ID (AutoNumber) but not in Sharepoint. Why?

Probably because the Column is not added by default to the current view

    click the add column
    Click hide/unhide columns
Check the ID box and you will see it
