Yes, you can take the PL-600 exam before completing the prerequisite exam (PL-400 or PL-200) for the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification.
Microsoft allows candidates to take the exams in any order, so you can take PL-600 first and complete PL-400 later. However, you will only receive the certification once both exams are passed.
