Create Power Apps application for SharePoint list that has multiple content types

Hello,

I have a SharePoint list that has multiple content types. For example, "Change", "Notification" and "Manager".

"Change", and "Notification" content types are used in the New button of the SharePoint list.

When users selects, New>"Change", they're presented with a set of fields.  When users selects, New>"Notification", they're presented with a different set of fields.

In addition, I have a Power Automate workflow that updates the content type based on a selection a user chooses from the SharePoint list. For example, in "Change", if users selects 'Send to Manager' choice field value, the Power Automate flow sets the content type to "Manager".  In SharePoint, when the user clicks SharePoint item they've submitted, in the ViewForm, the content type is now "Manager".

I need to recreate this scenario using Power Apps because I do not want the content type to display in the ViewForm or EditForm like it does in OOTB SharePoint.  The reason is, I do not want users to change the content type in the form but for the Power Automate workflow to set the content type.

Thus, in Power Apps, I've created two screens, "screenNewFormChange" and "screenNewFormNotification".  In "screenNewFormChange", I have "newFormChange".  In "screenNewFormNotification", I have "newFormNotification".

"newFormChange" includes a set of fields and "newFormNotification" includes a different set of fields.

Under SharePointIntegration>Advanced>under onNew property, I have the following,
NewForm(newFormChange);Navigate(screenNewFormChange)

When I publish to SharePoint and click New>"Change", my custom form opens to "screenNewFormChange". When I click New>"Notification", my customer forms also opens to "screenNewFormChange".

How can I tell Power Apps to navigate to the right form based on what content type is selected from the New button in SharePoint?  Also, in Power Apps, how do I handle when a user views and edits the SharePoint item, in that, the user is navigated to the correct content type screen?
