Send email with attachment requested by the user , in Power Virtual Agent

Dear all,

this is the scenario.

 

i upload 3 document in Power virtual Agent (from ADD FILE).

i create some conditions and the chatbot asks to the user which is his the email.

The email is register in a variable and i call a email flow that send the email to the user.

But i need to permit the user on document to choose (by choice condition) and i need to trasmit this variable choice to the flow that send the attachment choosen by the user.

Someone can help me?

    Hello @Simoz1 

    You could add a second variable to your Power Automate flow to send the file that the user is selecting during the conversation with your copilot and use that information to retrieve the right file to attach to the email before sending it.
