Data not submitting to Sharepoint, 3 forms with different sharepoint list data sources

Hello!

My SharePoint list does not populate the data after I submit my form. There are no error messages. My app has a start screen with three buttons where people can choose what request form they want to enter. The button navigates to the correct form and all three forms have different sharepoint lists as datasources. I also have a successscreen which is shown after clicking on the submit button (OnSelect: SubmitForm(UserAccessRequestForm)&Navigate(SuccessScreen)) and the OnSuccess of the form is Navigate(SuccessScreen). Only 1 of the three forms is working and after submitting, a record is created on that specific sharepoint list. The two other forms do not work. What am I missing?

Hoping someone can help me with this issue. Thanks in advance!

    @KirstenvO Are you getting any runtime time error? Could you share a screen shot with the formulas

    Hi @CNT, indeed i got a runtime error which was that field "Title" is required. I checked the Advanced settings of one field that was the "Title" field in SharePoint list and I renamed the DisplayName to "Change Request Title" but I renamed also the DataField. That caused the problem. Now almost all fields are submitted but not the "Person" field from SharePoint. I use 'Office365Users'.SearchUser() and have no issues selecting a user but it is not submitted to SharePoint.

    For the other form that is not submitted I got an error that field "group" is required but i do not know how to figure that one out.

    What formulas do you want to see? Or how do I get an overview of my formula's? There are 15 datacards I use.

    @KirstenvO Let's do the 1st one,

    Title column is a default column and I wouldn't normally meddle with it as SP get angry at times.
    You are also talking about a Person column. What data type is this?

    @CNT When I created a SharePoint List, I added a column with type "Person" so I can select any Office365 user within my organization. When I use customized for

    ms in Power Apps it is a dropdown field, see screenshot.
