Right now, when I create a new copilot using Copilot Studio, I can point it at a single webpage. Then I can go point it to other webpages. Then, based on my experience of what questions it can answer, it crawls through all the connected page, both with prefixes and different suffixes from the webpage directory tree (or so it appears).
Is there a way to restrict access to ONLY a certain set of pages instead of having it automatically find all the ones it can? For instance, my copilot is crawling through old archived pages, and then can't determine what information is still relevant, or which is "current". I have tried instructions to tune this, but it seems like the only option is to give it a webpage and then it crawls through and finds everything it can.
I would like the ability to add a set of webpage that it has access to, WITHOUT crawling to find more.
Thanks,
-Taylor
For this I recommend that you use Bing Custom Search. It has an option to only include the pages that you use, and not the subpages.
