Dynamics Model driven app Download mobile offline data - error 2005

Hi,

I have created an app and a mobile offline profile according to documentation from Microsoft. When I try to download the offline data into my mobile device, it works for App Data, but stops for user data with an error message that translates something like this: An internal issue prevents you from configuring your user data. (Error code: 2005).

Any idea what this might be, what can be the issue or where can I find more information? I am struggling to find anything in Microsoft Documentation.

I'm using official D365 for phones app 's offline mode, and get exactly same problem....

Same issue here; using mobile app to attempt to run a custom app on iOS. I have only one use that is having this issue with multiple other users running the custom app without an issue. Also, the issue happens for this user on multiple devices and when I test with other users on the same device the app works fine.
