Hello all,
In InfoPath, there was a way to send an email that shows a completed form of what a user submitted. The way the form looked on InfoPath was the exact same as what was sent in the email no matter how long the form was. I've seen other suggestions on how to solve this, but it involves the Send Email function being extremely long which is not ideal when you have hundreds of fields on your form. Plus, it would never look the same compared to what was on Power Apps. I essentially want an exact duplicate of the filled-out form on Power Apps to be in an email. The entire layout, color scheme, and everything else should be exactly the same. Can someone please guide me on how to accomplish this?
The attached picture is an example of what an InfoPath form looked like in an email. I would like to do the same in Power Apps.
Thank you!
You could Generate a PDF Document which could include all the Fields that are being Filled out during the Form Submission.
Steps :
1. Create a Word Document Template with the help of Developer Mode that can be populated dynamically using Power Automate
2. The PDF Generated from Step 1 can then be sent out as a attachment in the Email.
