Unable to find many-to-one relationship

Hi Guys,

 

I've randomly started to get the below error message in the system this morning, issue did not persist on Friday.  I've tried re-assigning security roles etc, clearing the browser cache but unfortunately the issue still persists. Does anyone have any ideas?
