Power Apps - send email using Power Automate without the need to authorize

Dear all,

I have a simple Power Apps canvas app, which after user clicks on the button runs o Power Automate flow.

Part of the flow is sending an email using Outlook 365 connector, from address I have access to.

Now, I want users to use this connection, but without the need to be authorized - but for those users, which are not on Exchange Online, they cannot use the app since they cannot authorize - any idea how to overcome that?

In the PA flow setup, I already have the run-only permissions, but that doesn't help.

You can't do it that way. Any flow started directly by a Power App will be run in the context of the user who is running the Power App. So the connection will have to be authorized by them. One potential workaround would be to use a SharePoint list trigger to start the flow. Have the Power App create an item in a list and have the flow trigger based on when a new item is created. That way the flow will run in the maker's context instead of the Power App.
