By default, PVA bots create multi-tenant type app registrations in Azure to authenticate bot requests between channels but are there any plans to support single-tenant app registrations? Our Azure AD team does not want any multi-tenant apps in the portal and getting an exception is proving to be difficult.

I found information that there is support for single tenant apps using bots built in JavaScript and C# - Create an Azure Bot resource in the Azure portal - Bot Service | Microsoft Learn but what about PVA?

PVA does not currently support single-tenant or MSI based app registrations for the AAD app registration used for the PVA bot I'm afraid. It'd be great if you could add a suggestion on https://aka.ms/pvafeaturerequest so we can start collecting signal from you and other customers that might help us prioritize that work.

What happens if the App Registration Secret Expires. Will PVA create new Certificates/Secrets?
