I have an trouble about sending Push Notification to android mobile phone, but send to ios phone works fine.
I tried to upgrade my android OS to latest and Power apps version to new one even (included re-install Power apps ), but always
failed on my android phone, here is my post link:

Are other Android devices also unable to receive PowerApps Notifications?
If the problem is widespread, based on past experience, it's likely that this function for Android devices has been gone down, please Request Microsoft for further assistance.

yes, another android phone also has the same issue, should get support from MS, but I am not the admin of Office 365, so far I can't submit the information. I have already talked to our administrator , but not sure what time the issue should send to MS support.

Me too. PowerApps PushNotifications are not send to PowerApps Mobile App (Android V3.20084.8).
Neither from Flow nor directly from PowerApps...

I have asked our global admin to submit the support ticket for this issue, so far the issue still not to be addressed.
