I'm trying to create a way to open a new Email page with the items that have been selected in a Document Associated Grid.

Not all to familiar with JavaScript  - if there is a way.

Are you trying to build a Flow? If so you should place this question in the PowerAutomate Forums located at following link.

I was looking for a way to create a button in Model Driven apps to do the action. As flow only works for one item.

Good deal, just didn't recognize the screen, so wanted to be sure you got to the board with most people that could help your issue. Good luck finding your solution!

Hi @Henryed07. There is no OOTB functionality for e-mailing the selected documents from a subgrid. I would actually recommend using a flow just as @TheRobRush was mentioning. I have seen this used in several instances as it allows you a great deal of control over which instances should create the e-mail or not.

The main thing missing for you right now is the "trigger" for running the flow. You could either
    1) Do this with a toggle (yes/no field) on the main record itself
    or
    2) Create a button using the ribbon workbench
    or
    3) If you have access to the preview then you can create the button in the command bar.
