Hi all,

In a text label within a gallery, I am trying to show the date in my 'Final Date' column. Currently I am using the formula below in the Text property.

Text(ThisItem.'Final Date',DateTimeFormat.LongDate)

This is returning a result in the first label, but is showing the error 'uses scope which is not presently supported for evaluation'. This is then not returning a value in the second entry in the gallery. screenshot below:

Every question that I have found so far suggests that this is just a warning, but the fact that it isnt returning a value for the second entry suggests that something is broken! Can anybody help?

That warning message just means that Intellisense can't show you the value of the label because it only has access to the value of the record loaded into the template at Design time. When you run the app the value should work fine. But it won't work while you are designing the app.
