Vibe.Powerapps - Errors when creating new app

Hello,
 
I have successfully created a couple of Vibe.Powerapps.com apps, which are great. However, when I now go to create anymore new apps via vibe.powerapps, seemingly no matter the prompt and type of request, the interface will begin thinking about requirements and then crash with a non-descript error each time.
 
I would be very grateful for any help on finding the culprit for this!

    The issue with app creation crashing in Power Apps (Vibe) is most likely due to cache/session problems or a temporary platform issue, not your prompt.
     
    Quick Fixes
    • Use Incognito/InPrivate mode
    • Clear browser cache / hard refresh
    • Try a different browser (Edge recommended)
    • Simplify the prompt
    • Sign out and sign back in

    Thanks so much for your suggestions. Unfortunately, I have tried all of these that you've listed and this is still not working.

    For example, I've literally just used a simple prompt such as "create me a running app" - nothing gigantic with lots of complexity - but this will still then crash and error when analysing and beginning to turn this into anything. Could this be a capacity-based thing at all or something around licensing?
     
    Would really appreciate any further suggestions.

    Browser/session issues this is common with preview experiences, even if it worked earlier, browser state can break the Vibe authoring pipeline.
    • Try InPrivate/Incognito (no extensions, clean cookies).
    • Try a different browser (Edge vs Chrome).
    • Disable ad blockers / privacy extensions (they can block telemetry or auth popups used during generation).
    • Clear cache for powerapps.com and login.microsoftonline.com, then sign in again.
    If none resolved your issue try raising a ticket with Microsoft Support Team.

    Hi  ,
    You may want to check with other developers or users to see if they are experiencing the same behavior. This can help confirm whether the issue is consistent across environments.

    If the issue persists or appears to be widespread, I would recommend raising a Microsoft Support ticket for further investigation.

    Unfortunately, I have tried these steps that you have both outlined, but no change.
     
    I don't believe we have MS support for Power Platform (as is a separate cost) -  so might be out of luck entirely with this one :(

    If you have a paid Power Platform license (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.), you can raise a Microsoft support ticket.
     
    It can be raised from the Admin Center by the Admins / PP Admin Role can submit tickets directly via the Power Platform admin center under "Help + Support". Subscription support is included.
     
    I also tried to replicate from my end but i am not experience any such issue which you reported.
     
    How do I get support if I don't have a subscription yet ?

    You can open a Subscription Management support request through the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, as long as you have a Power Platform admin sign-in credential to the portal. To open a Subscription Management support request, sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, select the Admin app, and then select the Support – New Support Request option from the left navigation.
     
    This provides access to the Need Help? pane, where you can type your Subscription Management question. If the recommended articles don't address your issue, select the Contact Support link at the bottom of the Need Help? pane, and provide the additional information needed to submit the support request.

    @MS.Ragavendar, thanks for this. I will look into doing this also.
     
    Please can I ask - what is actually required in the background in terms of licensing etc in order to create many vibe power apps for building proof of concepts etc?

    Interestingly enough, I am also getting this very same behaviour in a completely separate tenant, so I can only now assume that this may be an issue on Microsoft's end?

    I am also getting the exact same error today. (it was working fine yesterday)
