Invoice Processing Automation Starter Kit / Can I add columns to power App?

Hello,

I am wondering if the power app of the starter kit is customizable so that I can add more columns to the invoices list:

I need to add columns such as "Date", "Bill To", "Tax" etc (in order for the user to be able to see all the invoice fields without having to open each invoice).

Thank you for the question. Have a look at Document Automation, which is the evolution of the Invoice Processing Automation Starter Kit, and it will let you customize it with custom fields from your AI Builder Form Processing model: https://flow.microsoft.com/manage/aibuilder/documentautomation

Hi @JoeF-MSFT,

Are there other advantages in using Document Automation over Invoice Processing Automation Starter Kit?
The mailbox for the invoices is gmail, not outlook...
So I guess there is no way to add columns to the invoice list of the power app of the starter kit, right?

Both the Invoice Procesing Automation Starter Kit and Document Automation are Dataverse solution you can customize. You can access the flows and apps and edit them. This page describes the components available in Document Automation: Introduction to AI Builder document automation - Learn | Microsoft Docs You can edit the Document Automation Email Importer flow and change Outlook by gmail.
