I've recently discovered the powerapp platform and found the issue reporting app in teams to be perfect for our ticketing system.
The problem is that some users can't see their submitted issues in the insight screen of the app. This works for most other users. I can see the colPlannerTasks is getting the task data from the plan, and colMyIssues works fine when testing under my user name. I can also see the planner task records have the (apparently) correct user ID's for the createdBy field.
I'm not really sure how to trouble shoot the colMyIssues with another user id to see why it's not getting the issues submitted by that user. Any help would be appreciated!
