Add Day to Date Picker

Is it possible to add a day to a date picker that default day is automatically pulling from a different date picker on another screen in the app?. For example a user can select "3/5/2019" on one screen and when it gets to the other screen the date picker will appear as "3/6/2019"

    Try this:
    Under the Default Date reference the the first Date Picker and then add 1

    DefaultDate: DatePicker1.SelectedDate+1
