9Hello we are using the 'book a room app', but there is one feature that we are having trouble with.
We are using it to book 'hot desks', and when we use the app to book a desk, it automatically books out the user's calendar for that whole length of time and the desk.. However, the user is 'free' it's just the space that is not. The work around that we have is that we have to manually go in and set ourselves as 'free' and it keeps the booking in place.
Is there a way to do that automatically?
