publish PowerApps form to SharePoint List

Hi All,

I have a PowerApps Form that passes Data to SharePoint List Using the Patch function it works well, my question is how I can publish this form to SharePoint List ?

when I click a new item from SharePoint it appears to be the default SharePoint form but I need to replace it with PowerApps forms how I could do that.
