Hi, my bot won't publish. Please help

Hi, 

 

I'm trying to publish my bot. The publish button is grayed out. 

I'm also having trouble connecting the bot to Teams and demo website.

Your help would be super appreciated.

    Please could you confirm what licence you are using - is it the standalone, full licence PVA or the PVA for Teams version?
