Model-Driven app sharing Problem

Hi ,

I have created a model-driven app, which uses one custom table in my personal developer environment, created a custom security role by copying the basic user security role, assigned Create and Edit permission to the newly created user role, and added a user called x to the security role. finally, I have shared the app by adding the newly created sec. role to the app and to the user.

then I downloaded the power apps, app from the Windows store and logged in using x user, but the model-driven app is not displaying in the app, can you please help me to resolve this issue,

Please.
Thanks

What you have written sounds Ok, but if you're not seeing the app itself it means the App sharing is to blame. (Security roles, etc will come into play later on when they open the app).

When you share the app with the user, there should be an option to send them an invite email. Try using that first to see if you can get directly to the app. After that, try browsing to the environment itself as the shared user and see what apps are visible. If they are visible there, then move on to the windows store app itself.

Gut feel is that the sharing from personal development environment is conflicting with other environments they may have access to from the app.

Yes, when i share the app url (retrieved from app details page) with the user he can access the app via the browser,
