if a power automate flow uses Dataverse database capacity, File capacity and Log capacity,and the licensce has expired .
how can we backup our powerapp and flows so that we can redeploy if we buy licensce again???

Create a solution and add all your tables flows powerapps and any web resources and export as unmanaged
