I built a modern driven app and we are using the timeline notes to communicate with staff regarding a certain form. Is there a way to remove the edit function on a note after it is entered. I'm having a issues where people click on the note and it changes the name of the person that created the note to theirs. Or is there something else I might be able to use to leave notes back and forth between people accessing the filled form. I would greatly appreciate any help with this.

I'm sorry I'm new at this where would I find that when I go into the table.
@gus1105, First you will have to know what security roles your uses have. Thank you can work with your Power Platform Admin to customize a security roles to make sure that the Note table has the Create and Write permission set to User and not Organization. Doing this, Users will only be able to Create New notes and Update their own notes and wont be able to edit other users notes.
Can I hide the notes from Timeline that are created by a specific user? Or do we have any option to filters the Notes by Created By?
