Hi All,

I'm new to Dataverse, and we're developing a PowerApps application that utilizes Dataverse for data storage. This app will be shared with other application teams for logging their server exception requests. However, we encountered a message stating, "You are not in the Dataverse security group required for this app's environment," as shown in the picture below.

When we attempted to share and assign the role, we encountered this issue.

We have over 500 app members across different teams within the same organization who will be accessing this app. Will this require additional licensing? Additionally, we are considering using a SharePoint List if this issue isn't resolved or if extra licenses are needed.

It seems that the Dataverse Environment that you are trying to access requires the users to be in the security group that has been enabled for the Dataverse Environment.

You will need to check the environment that you are in and then check if a security group has been associated with the environment.

If there is a security group, you will need to make sure that you and your users are in that group so that they can access the Dataverse Environment.

Since the environment uses premium connector (Dataverse), the users do need to have a license that allows premium connectors.
