Copilot studio (agent) manage connection error 500 when trying to connect flow connections

I have copilot studio agent, has a topic which call a flow. It has been working. yesterday it fail with the following when this topic is exercise and calling the flow:
 
Let's get you connected first, and then I can find that info for you. ​Open connection manager​ to verify your credentials.
Once the connection is ready, retry your request.    
 
open connection manager, the connection is 'not connected'. click the connect button,  but error with 'Request failed with status code 500'
 
Any suggestions I can fix this?

    It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the error.

     

    Regarding the trigger, I assume you are using a Copilot trigger. In that case, there are two options: you can either use the user’s connection or configure your own connection for each user. Depending on your choice, you can adjust the Flow’s Run-Only User settings accordingly

    Thanks for your reply. it is a topic that trigger a copilot trigger flow. It has been working, just last friday i noticed the failure.  When I tried to click connect for the 'CPC selfhost Agent full flow', 


    this page show up, all connection has 'checked'. click submit, the first screen show up again as 'not connected', with error 500 on the top
