Get Receipient Emails from a SharePoint List to Send Email

Hello All,

We are creating an application, in which i have created a button on a screen. OnSelect property i am sending email to some group of users. The code is as below.

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
 VarItem.'Created By'.Email,
 "This is a Test Email Sent From Approval Coded Through PowerApps",
 "Hi " & VarItem.'Created By'.DisplayName & "<br> Your Ticket namely " & VarItem.'Project Name' & "is now approved by Review Team. "<br> Regards, <br>Team",
 {
 Cc: "user1@emai.com
 Importance: "High"
 }
)

As can be seen from the code above presently i am sending the email to the person who created the Item. Whereas we have a list (Name: 'REmail') of all the respective users with their email ID's. The list only have two columns Name and Email. What i want is, the email to be sent to all the users from the in the 'REmail' from 'Email' column.

Using the same way i can add the recipients in to or in CC as well.

Can anyone please help how to do that?

Thanks,

Akshay

    Hi ,

    You can Use Like That.

    Concat(EditFormData.'Product Owner',Email,";")

    For reference -

    Hi @VijayTailor,

    It worked as expected, thanks a lot for the help. But just a question here.

    You mentioned that, i should use Concat(EditFormData.'Product Owner',Email,";")

    where as i could not understand the role of 'EditFormData'. Instead i used the below function and it worked.

    Syntax:

    Concat(ListName, ColumnName, ";")

    Actual Code:

    Concat(RName, Email, ";")

    Could you please let me know what EditFormData is?

    Regards,

    Akshay

    Hi Akshay,

    EditFormData(is Just variable) is Just Like ThisItem / Selected Record.

    I used EditFormData as a variable.

    Hope your doubt is clarified.
