Drop Down not function

HI, I currently facing a problem using the dropdown function under the input section.

The diagram above shows the editing page.

The diagram shows the drop-down function well during the 'Preview the app'

The diagram shows the drop-down input not showing up in SharePoint.

 

How should I solve it? or it is the bug?

    I think it might have something to do with the Update button...
    is it a Canvas App or Model Driven App?
