Just signed up and got an error. Nothing can be used -- access token is not valid

This is the error I got after I signed up.  How can I revolve the issue?

 

Something went wrong. Please try again later.

The request failed with client error: 'The received access token is not valid: at least one of the claims 'puid' or 'altsecid' or 'oid' should be present. If you are accessing as application please make sure service principal is properly created in the tenant.'. The correlation Id is '1862dbd8-4fe8-49d7-a2d0-df8f0d0c5885'.

 

This quite a let down in user experience =(    First signed up, nothing works......
