I have an app that is setup like this:
Canvas app
Datasourece : 3 sharepoint lists.
I have importe the app with solutions (managed) to a customers tenant.
I have my admin account in the customers tenant and the app works fine.
But when my customer contact opens the app he gets the error message
"Error when trying to retrieve data from network"
Both my account and the customers account have the same license.
Both my account and the customers account have full permissions to the sharepoint list.
Both my account have access to the canvas app.
I also tried to quick setup a new account and grant it same permissions. And that new account works fine.
I have tried to run a monitor session with the customers account and it do show a bunch of errors.... but no details on what is wrong. It is clearly something to do with not access to the apps datasource. but since my admin account and my newly non-admin account works fine... i do not get it!!
I have also tried to remove all permissions from the customers account and then re-add it.
I have asked the customer to log out and log back in.
Still not working.
I have asked the customer to go to the sharepoint list in sharepoint and the permission works, he can go to the list.
