How to I find my On Premesis Gateway Log?

I have an open ticket for a server error issue.  My support person asked me to provide my On-Prem gateway log.  I setup the gateway, and it has worked for months.  But, I have never seen anywhere to find a log.  Anyone?

    Please follow the following steps to get the gateway logs:

     

    1. Log In to your  Gateway.

     

    1. Then Go to the Diagnostics and enable the additional logging.

     

    1. Reproduce the issue , so that you get the server errors.

     

    1. Click on export logs.

     

     

    Refer to the below screenshot:
