Custom App Icon
245 x 245px and PNG format with background #fffff cut off.
Is this a bug?
Looks like it is I also have it but it is only this screen, when the program runs it is complete in my system
I'm having the same issue. When I re-upload the same icon again then it will show in full but a day or so later it will cut off again. Must be a bug.
It is happening for me too. The custom app icon PNG image is 245 x 245 px. The image gets clipped vertically at 56 px.
I have tried adding and removing transparency - nothing works. The image keeps getting truncated - both on mobile and desktop.
Exact same issue for me as well. mobile and desktop. it looks fine after initial upload and then it truncates in half. super annoying.
Been seeing it as well for any apps updated the last 2 weeks.
Affecting our apps as well - at least the past 2-3 weeks now.
I have updated to new latest authoring version and saved it and republished and it seems like it is working now.
I did the update a few times as well, seems to work correctly for a few saves but then cuts it off again later.
Can confirm I have escalated a support ticket to MS and this issue is being investigated to be resolved.
