Adding Users to PowerApp to Edit SharePoint List

Hello,

I have added another user and made the user Owner of the app but she user can't modify the SharePoint List.

Is there anything I'm missing in the processes of sharing? The diagram below show that the user can't Edit the heading

I want the co-owner to be able to Edit the SharePoint List... see diagram below:

Any useful suggestion please?

    Hi @Virikefe22 ,

You will have to give that user access (full control) to the Sharepoint list.

    Hi @Virikefe22 ,

    Please follow below steps -

    1. Go to list

    2. Click of gear icon and then "List settings"

    3. The you can click on Permissions for this list -

    4. After that if your list is inheriting permission from parent (site/sub-site), you can click on stop inheritance icon on top left corner if you would like to have different permissions on your list.

    5. After doing so you will get Grant permission icon on the top, you can click. A pop will appear, enter the user's name and click on show option and select a permission level. In your case permission level will be Full control.

    Hi @Virikefe22,

@NandiniBhagya20 wrote the solution. Maybe first you have to end the permission shift from SharePoint and and add a new authorisation level on the website authorizations.

Finally, you add the users or a user group with the newly created authorization level to your list permissions.

Then you can give also external persons access to the SharePoint list via your app even if they don't have access to your SharePoint site.

    Best regard

    - Stephan
