I need to attend the session "MS Discovery Day: Copilot and Agents -Sydney" tomorrow (17-Feb). Unfortunately, I could not install the copilot studio trial version as it's been blocked by IT and it will not be enabled by IT due to organization policies. The trial version sign-up form doesn't accept personal ids. Is there any other way available to access the trial version. Any help would be much appreciated
To work with copilot studio you need at choice :
- a coplot 365 licence
- or a trial
- or a copilot studio user (mean developper) licence wich is free (just it don't appear by default in the admin licence list, they need to "buy it" for free from the internal tenant 365 market place....)
Then : they need to assign you a environnement to work (could be the default one of you'r company tenant, but since they block trial, could be easy to assume, it's block too)
And later : if you wan't to publish an agent you will need to have copilot credit on the agent environnement. but it's not mandatory to dev inside the web studio. just to publish in teams.
corporate solution :
Contact you'r internal IT and explain them you need it for this training : they could manually assign "copilot studio viral trial licence"
So other solutions are :
- Could try the old CDX option to have a demo tenant : https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com/ (i m not sure "normal user" could stil use it, i think it's partner restricted)
- Create you'r own tenant and carefully delete it before "trial" expire (or you will be charge for monthly/year subscriptions)
