Unable to copy Classic chatbot to Copilot

Hi Everyone,

I am unable to copy existing Power virtual agent chatbot which is classic one to copilot. Copy button is enable to copy chatbot so I clicked on the copy button but it is taking more time and timed out and not copying. Could anyone please help me to convert classic version of PVA to copilot?

After opening the chatbot, the copy button is enable.

After clicking copy button, the copy process is started but never completed as you can see below screenshot.
