I have a project I am working on where I have to create dropdown menus, on one screen, separated by topics. So lets say Topic A, B, and C need to have a collapsable and expandable dropdowns where once I click on "Topic A" it would open all the cards where I need to fill out all the info and then I can collapse it.

You would do this with the Visible property of the Data Cards or drop-downs (depending on the appearance you want to create). You would set these on Variable values that you would change to true (to show) or false (to hide) firstly OnChange of the prior control and then maybe on an icon to hide.
