Minimum Requirements for Power Virtual Agents

Hi,

I am wondering what are the minimum requirements needed to start playing with the power virtual agent. In my organization, we do have O365 but we don't have Azure nor CDS. I tried to create one one powerva.com but I can't click on next after creating my new environnment on PowerApps.

I am from Canada and I tried to create an environnment in both Canada and US. The fact that I am not able to start with PVA make me think that I need Azure or CDS... or something else.

Hi Matpel10,

My assumption is that you were able to successfully create the environment. If you are able to, then you have the CDS backend.
Firstly, is my assumption correct?

If you wanted to just play with the Power Virtual Agent preview, alternatively, you could also spin up a trial environment to familiarize yourself with the feature set.

Thank you for your reply but unfortunately, it doesn't work for me. I am still stuck there (see attachment) even after recreating another environment with USA and selecting ..

Do you think I can't have access because I don't have Azure or CDS?

Hi Matpel10,
I ran into a similar issue when provisioning the power virtual agent on my trial environment - a popup mentioned to create a new environment and return back to the page to create the bot. When I returned back and clicked on Next, nothing happened.

A page refresh resolved the issue. I am now able to see the popup that asks me to enter the Bot details. Refresh the powerva.microsoft.com page and see if it works for you. I am attaching a screenshot for your reference.
